I’ve helped landlords escape the REAP program, sail through inspections and re-inspections and dealt with thorny tenant issues including unlawful detainers, evictions and debt collection.
We also are pleased to work with the Los Angeles Housing Authority who administer the HUD Section 8 program here in Los Angeles. We know how to move through the on-boarding process, verifying vouchers and ensuring a smooth initial inspection with the Housing Authority, ensuring that any inspections are handled professionally and with care. Rent increases, collecting the tenant portion of the rental payment and staying current on all policies, procedures and regulations.
All our vendors and contractors are currently (Jan 2010) being certified by the Environmental Protection Agency as Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) professionals as required by new Federal law taking affect in April 2010.
